Found this in my sketchbook from 4 years ago! Pretty good for a 13 year old… Cuz that’s how old I was, hahaha. I drew everything with my glitter pens. Who else remembers those? :D
The one year birthday of this blog was last week! I gained 600 amazing followers over the past year, and a new book, a new movie, and new covers came out! I can’t wait to see what this year brings, both for my blog and for the fandom in general! :) :D
606 FOLLOWERS SAY WHAT!?
Ps, what do you guys think of the new book covers that they’ve begun posting on the Percy Jackson Facebook page?
Hey guys, I’m on winter break this week! You know what that means? More time for Percy Jackson posts!! :D
Because maybe, you’re gonna be the one that saves me. And after all, you’re my Wonderwall.<3
Literally one of my favorite songs ever. I applaud whoever made this. :D
Rachel Elizabeth Dare, the girl with the hairbrush. c
I hope they bring Rachel back into the books soon. They probably won’t though until this prophecy is fulfilled and a new one is needed.
"Percy turned in a full circle. Nothing. Then he glanced up. Hovering above him was a giant goldfish. Frank had turned - clothes, backpack, and all - into a koi the size of a teen-aged boy.
Dude. Percy sent his thoughts through the water, the way he spoke with other sea creatures. A goldfish?
Frank’s voice came back to him: I freaked. We were talking about goldfish, so it was on my mind. Sue me.”
Had a bit of a crappy day so I needed to draw something that made me laugh. I liked the sketch version of Percy better but I do like how Frank turned out.
This is one of my favorite parts of that book. Frank and Percy are so funny.
not enough Reyna on my blog
I think my blog needed a little Reyna.
Am I the only one who seriously enjoyed the Kerkopes in House of Hades? They were cracking me up big time. When Rick Riordan describes them, they kinda reminded me of the big, one-footed guys on Voyage of the Dawn Treader (Chronicles of Narnia) who kidnap Lucy and take her to the mansion to reverse the spell that makes them invisible. The Kerkopes obviously have 2 feet but the rest of their appearance and their personalities reminded me of those big, one-footed guys. Hahahaha :D
Can we all just take a moment to appreciate Leo’s humor. I was reading Mark of Athena today and some of his comments just cracked me up. He’s literally me in (fictional) boy form.
